The introductory session is a presentation which introduces the use of the Creighton Model System.  It is a general presentation usually given to a small group.  An individual session can be scheduled as the need arises.  It lasts about an hour and a half.  If you will be using the method as a couple, it is highly recommended that you attend the session together, if possible.  If after the intro session you decide to continue with the method, please refer to the "Creighton Model" section of the website to view the learning schedule.  There is no obligation to continue after the introductory session.
