Review our schedule of Introductory Sessions and choose a convenient date and location to begin instruction. Each listing represents the beginning of a new series.

Couples receive the necessary instruction and materials to begin using the Creighton Model FertilityCare™ System following the introductory session.

Individualized attention during the eight scheduled follow-up sessions with a qualified Practitioner ensures professional instruction and encourages successful use of the System.

Two ways to register:
1) Mail-in Registration:
Click on the Payment & Consent Form links below. Print the forms and fill them out. Then mail them to us along with any payment you are making by check. Please include a note letting us know which date and location you are interested in attending.

2) Internet Registration:
Choose the date and location you would like to register for and click the appropriate "Register" button. You will receive an email confirmation and our Center staff will contact you to confirm your registration and payment arrangements.
